​Krystel Dallas is a fitness professional and enthusiast from Northern Ontario, Canada, who believes in well rounded fitness and the importance of training strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, muscular and cardiovascular endurance. 

She holds the following qualifications:
EWYT-350hr / RYT-200hr Yoga Designation
Pilates Mat Instructor
Yoga Exercise Specialist
Personal Training Specialist
Basic Training for Running
​Foam Rolling Techniques
Maximum Interval Training
​HIIT Training for Women

With a full time job, a few part time gigs, four kids, a house, a puppy and a hubby, Krystel has had to find ways to stay fit and healthy without sacrificing her sanity.  She loves to make videos of her practice to be able to reach more people than her busy schedule allows.  Having grown up with a passion for fitness, practicing yoga for nearly twenty years, and being vegan for the better part of a decade, Krystel has established a solid home routine that she is sharing with you here and on YouTube. 

Krystel believes in being well-rounded in her own fitness routine, which includes: Running (and lots of it), Cycling, Swimming, Martial Arts, Yoga, Pilates, Foam Rolling and Resistance Training (did I miss something?). 


She believes that we are more likely to do something that we enjoy and encourages her clients to find ways to incorporate fitness into their lives in a way that they can enjoy it as well by trying something new every now and again.  That's how you turn fitness into a lifestyle.
